Who we are and what we do

Greyed Design is a partnership of three separate designers. Diane, a graphic designer, Scott, a coder/developer/designer and Wayn, a designer and coder. All three are based in London.

Each of us is commited to providing the highest standard of work, be it graphic based, web design, or support, we guarantee 100% satisfaction.

Between us, we have over 22 years in the web design field, and nearly 15 years in graphic design, and we put all of that experience to use on each and every project.

“So if you've got so much experience, how comes this site is so plain?”

This is a question we get asked on a regular basis. The reason this site is as simple as it is, is because we feel that there is no need to have all manor of "bells and whistles" on our site. The work in our portfolio speaks for itself, as do the client testimonials. And we happen to like the whole "minimalist" thing too!

We here at Greyed Design like to have fun, and as such, will always be willing to have a laugh and a joke with our clients. This does not mean that we won't take you, or your ideas seriously, it just means that we are people, albeit super ones!

We realise that without YOU, we are nothing, and as such, we strive to ensure that if you ever have a problem, it will be resolved within 72 hours. We also guarantee to keep you fully informed at all times. However, we are only human, and on occasion, it may take us slightly longer. Please don't send the hitmen out too quickly...

In the unlikely event that you do have a problem, we want you to complain to us. Without your complaints and feedback, we are unable to improve the service we provide.

To ensure that it is as easy as possible for you to inform us of any problems, there is no fixed "complaints procedure" at Greyed Design. Simply get in touch with us by e-mail, telephone or via this site, and somebody will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss the problem and all possible solutions.
