Sophie Lewis Modelling Portfolio
A few weeks ago, I was approached by a lovely young lady called Sophie Lewis, asking me to redesign her modelling portfolio website.
After several days of head scratching I came up with a design that was simple and elegant, and kept the focus where it was meant to be – on the modelling pictures.
Sophie asked if it would be possible to incorporate a shop into the site, so that she could sell signed photographs to fans that requested them – of course I obliged!
The design was shown to Sophie, and she loved it (naturally), so I went ahead with the build, and the site went live last night (including the shopping cart!)
Update 29/12/2011:
Site has been live for a week now, and is currently ranked 3rd on google for the most common search term (model sophie lewis), it’s also on page one for the 2nd most common search term (sophie lewis model), and was, at time of writing this update, on page 2 of google for the simple search term “sophie lewis” – not bad at all!
